NEW FAMILY ORIENTATION
All new Kindergarten-Grade 8 students and their parents are invited to attend a New Family Orientation on Tuesday, August 22 at 2:00 pm. in the SMS Hall. You will be welcomed by our Principal Mrs. Ambrosio and our admin team and will learn more about what to expect at SMS. It will be a wonderful opportunity to meet other new families.
GRADE 6 LOCKER SET UP
Grade 6 students ONLY are invited to set up their lockers on Thursday, August 24 from 2:00-3:00 pm. This is a special privilege for our Grade 6 students only, Grades 7 and 8 will have time to set up on the first day of school.
HSA BACK TO SCHOOL ICE POP SOCIAL
The entire SMS community is invited to attend the Back to School Ice Pop social on Thursday, August 24 from 3:00-4:00 pm. This is also a great time for students to drop off school supplies in the classrooms so that they don't need to worry about them on the first day of school. Our fingers are crossed for a sunny day in the back playground, but will use the gym in the event of rain.
PRESCHOOL MEET AND GREETS
All Preschool families are invited to our Preschool Meet and Greets on Wednesday, August 30 for PK-3s and PK-4s as scheduled by your child's teacher, and for TK students on Thursday, August 31 at 9:30 am. This is a great time to meet the teachers, drop off supplies, and meet new friends!
