Registration for Winter Enrichment has been extended until January 4, 2023.
By submitting parent signature, it indicates that your child has permission to participate in the program stated above. It also serves as a dismissal note for the dates included in the session. If there is a change in dismissal, please advise attendance@smsridgefield.org.
You will be charged for the classes you have selected via FACTS billing. Prompt payment is required.
Per state guidelines, Nurse Carolyn will not be sending after school medication to the student's activity room. Medication will be in the nursing office and can be accessed if needed.
